Life at London Brewing Co is never boring. Last night at The Bull we had the amazing food of Herlinda Heras for a Mexican Cinco de Mayo celebration.
On Friday we’re off to Kent to pick hop shoots and bring them back to put on the menus at The Bull & The Bohemia.
But the big news is tonight at The Bohemia. It’s launch night for Bo-Chi, our brand new Lychee Pale Ale. A 3.8% pale ale with a big dose of wheat, plenty of hops and a bucket load of Lychee puree. As it’s #wingswednesday we’re also serving a very special wing to pair with the beer. Of course we’ll have our buffalo wing, but then we’ve got a brand new recipe beer battered wing with sweet and sour sauce. You coming?
