We are extremely lucky to have been featured in Canadian beer & food pioneer Stephen Beaumont’s new book. The Beer & Food Companion is the latest homage to Stephen’s two favourite topics and includes two recipes from our Head Chef at The Bull, David Hook. His hop Smoked Salmon & Beer Hollaindaise and Pumpkin Beer Baked Beans with Toasted Spent Grain Malt Loaf sit proudly amoung stunning recipes from beer and food champions around the globe.
On Tuesday 10th November Stephen is joining us at The Bull to launch his book and show off some of the recipes which David Hook and the Bull Team will be serving alongside some rather lovely beers chosen by Stephen to pair with each course.
